Surveys / Audit Checks

Security / Fire Surveys are carried out after interaction with the management wherein they define the security parameters to be achieved. This is followed by visits of the experts & after going around the facility(s) & discussion with the subordinate executives the observation are recorded. Analysis of the work is carried out & design of the security solution is evolved. Concrete recommendations of the total security solutions can also be overseen by the consulting agency. In case the organization desires the consulting agency to work out the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) these too can be worked out & presented in the written format. Consultancy on issues like Crisis Management, Bomb-Threat & allied subjects is also available. Audits Checks-These checks are like financial audit where in the expert studies through the existing security / fire plan(s), the implementation of the SOP’s & analyses the loop holes as existing in the plan. Based on the observations/analysis recommendations are made to the management to overcome the security / fire related issues & implementation is left to the management.
